If I’m right and the BW chapter is set 9 years after RGB, the Pokedex Holders’ ages should go something like this!

17…DP takes place after HGSS. The time is unknown, but it’s implied to be three years. And dialogue in BW suggests it would be nine years after GSC or RS.
the BW arc suggests that Black finds out about the pokedex and that children are going on journeys with one from TV 9 years before it starts. It makes more sense that he would find out about the pokedex when it was first created because it would have been a big advancement in technology. As for DPP and HGSS, we know that DPP happens after and that could just mean a few months, we don’t know.
True, but in that flashback, he states that in order to gain entry into the League, one must have all Gym Badges, and that the winner must face the E4 and the Champion afterward.
Those are the key things, because those rules didn’t exist back during Red’s adventure. They were established during GSC and RS. Unless Unova had them much earlier, he couldn’t have known.
That is completely possible and there is really no evidence for when BW begins or ends in relation to the others. I think it makes the most sense if you consider when Dia and Pearl where about six they found out about the red gyarados in the lake of rage. Because they were twelve at the time, six years previously would have been the a few months before GSC and time that the red gyarados probably first appeared. I know that this is not certain, but it makes sense to me that if HGSS and DPP could be so close in time, why not BW? Also if this is the time gap then in ORAS Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald will be around 16 like all the other dex holders in their remakes.
