EDIT 5.03.2016 :: Finally complete! All character, children, and Amiibos are on this chart. It’s easier to see height differences in the clothesless version, but I marked head heights with a blue line on the clothed version. All characters have the same head, so I used the Corrins’ heads to determine where the top of the heads of the other characters are. There are a few differences between this chart and the past few I’ve uploaded.

You can see the blue lines better in the full-size files: [clothes] [no clothes]

If you see any problems that I have not already addressed (camera, Forrest), let me know!

Also, let me know if you want to see a few characters closer together and I’ll splice up an image for you.
