I have this habit of drawing whatever Pokemon I’m shiny hunting when I don’t get it at a certain time. That being said…how long has it been since Gold and Silver released on Virtual Console?

I just wanted to try designing older protags for the gen that really got me into Pokemon as a kid, being the first time I could pick a girl. I picked Kris over the girl in Heartgold/Soulsilver because she is my girl. The other two are a mix of their original and redesign versions because i liked those dumb shorts.
I like to imagine that they kinda met Gold because he gives off pretty demon-ish vibes so they assumed that he’s a demon in disguise and bring up demon/angel/whatever stuff with him and Gold’s like “wait… I’m a human. you know that right?”
“seriously? I could have sworn you were a lust demon or something, I mean, you were trying to seduce two people at once.”
“um, ‘befriend’ two people at once. Seducing comes later,” *eyebrow wiggle* “and yeah, I’m not even that lustful of a guy, just lonely.”
(Silver refers to himself as a demon because “I’m a fallen angel, like Satan himself, king of the demons.” But Crystal and Gold are like “nooooooo!!!! It’s not your faultttt!!!!” and try to find a way for him to go back to heaven. Even though it would mean they’d be separated from him because Crystal’s a demon and Gold’s smooched her so he’s probably not going to heaven)
